Thank you for your enthusiasm, dedication and support throughout this hard-fought election season.
It has been a long, challenging and exciting campaign, and your support helped achieve important gains for Republicans across the country on Tuesday night.
The final tallies are still coming in, but with your help Republicans won majority control in 4 state chambers, held majorities in 44 chambers, grew majorities in 19, and built supermajorities in 3.
In the Arkansas Senate and House, Republicans now control both chambers of the State Legislature for the first time since Reconstruction. Today, the entire South is led by the GOP — from Virginia down to Florida and westward to Oklahoma. In Alaska, Republicans broke the 10-10 tie in the State Senate to win majority control. And in Wisconsin, a state that’s been at the forefront of politics for the past two years, conservatives took back the Senate that we narrowly lost in June’s recall elections.
Add to this the fact that 30 states are now led by Republican governors — the most since 2000.
These victories would not have been possible without you.
To be sure, there is much work to be done to get our country on track to success, and most importantly, implement bold policies to help create jobs and drive economic growth.
But today, we want to share our thanks for your role in helping to build the next generation of Republican leaders.
We look forward to continuing to work with you. If you have ideas on how we can continue to educate and elect Republicans to the state and local level, please email me at email@example.com. I look forward to hearing from you.
Thank you again.
