The GOPAC Emerging Leaders’ Summit is the cornerstone of a yearlong program to coach, develop and promote 18 – 20 promising state legislators on how to be an effective legislative and political leader. The program ensures our Republican Party has a healthy roster of prepared and tested leaders ready to lead in their legislatures and/or run for higher office.
